There are seven groups of enzymes according to IUBMB.

5	Isomerases	Catalyze structural changes within a molecule. Phosphohexoisomerase Mutase Racemase
6	Ligases	Catalyze the joining together of two molecules in reactions. Acetyl CoA carboxylase PRPP synthetase Carbamoyl phosphate synthetase Glutamine synthetase
7	Translocases	Catalyze the movement of molecules or ions across membranes.
